Yoga therapy is a more individualized way to work through physical limitations and heal injuries using yoga techniques. I specifically guide students according to their abilities and facilitate the healing process by teaching the student how to strengthen weak areas and create flexibility in tight areas. Yoga therapy is appropriate for anyone with limitations caused by injuries, disease, or people recuperating from accidents or surgery.
Although I do teach a public yoga therapy class, most of my work with students is done on an individual basis in private sessions. Please contact me for more information.
